To learn how to configure the Postmark<\/strong> with FluentSMTP<\/strong>, follow the steps with screenshots below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, go to FluentSMTP<\/strong> from Settings<\/strong> of Negosyo Toolkit Dashboard in the left sidebar, and select Postmark from the given Connection Providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But if you are already connected to any email service provider, go to the Settings<\/strong> section from the FluentSMTP<\/strong> Navbar and click the + Add Another Connection<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click the Postmark<\/strong> tab to connect to this provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After you choose the provider, it will take you to the Add Connection<\/strong> page where you will get all the options to connect your Postmark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here, you need to provide<\/strong>:<\/span>

From Email<\/strong>: The \u201cFrom Email\u201d should be the email you verified with Postmark<\/strong> (e.g., \u201csupport@samplesite.com\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Name<\/strong>: From name can be anything you want. You can use a combination of your name and company name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Force Sender Name<\/strong>: Check the box to align the return path with the form. This setting indicates where bounce messages are sent. If unchecked, bounce messages will be lost. When enabled, you will receive an email at the \u201cFrom Email\u201d address for any bounced messages due to recipient email issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The API key will be provided by Postmark<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to get Postmark API Key:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP#1<\/strong> \u2013 Create Your FREE Postmark Account<\/a>.
Important Note:<\/strong> When creating your free Postmark account<\/strong>, please use a work email on your private domain (e.g., \u201csupport@samplesite.com\u201d). If you don\u2019t have one yet, contact our support team and we\u2019ll help you set up a work email under your private domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP#2<\/strong> \u2013 Create a new Server<\/strong> inside Postmark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP#3<\/strong> \u2013 Under API Tokens<\/strong>, copy your Server API Token<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return to the Postmark configuration panel<\/strong> in FluentSMTP. Paste the copied API key<\/strong> into the appropriate field. Click Save Connection Settings<\/strong> to apply the changes.

Step 4: Configure Sender Signature in Postmark<\/strong>
1. Go back to your Postmark Dashboard.<\/strong>
2. Hover over \u201cSender Signatures\u201d<\/strong> in the menu.
3. Click \u201cAdd Domain or Signature.\u201d<\/strong>
4. Choose \u201cSend from a single email address on a domain\u201d<\/strong> \u2014 this is the simpler and less technical option.
5. Click \u201cAdd a new Signature.\u201d<\/strong>
