{"id":743,"date":"2024-12-18T08:59:03","date_gmt":"2024-12-18T08:59:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nt.jaygregorio.com\/support\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=743"},"modified":"2024-12-18T08:59:04","modified_gmt":"2024-12-18T08:59:04","slug":"set-booking-summary-email","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/nt.jaygregorio.com\/support\/knowledge-base\/set-booking-summary-email\/","title":{"rendered":"Set Booking Summary Email"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Booking Summary<\/strong> feature in <strong>Negosyo Toolkit<\/strong> allows you to receive booking reports directly via email at intervals you select.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To configure the Booking Summary, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the Negosyo Toolkit Dashboard Go to <strong>Settings<\/strong> in the Appointment dashboard. This will take you to the <strong>Global Settings<\/strong> page, where you can adjust the general booking settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the first section, you\u2019ll see the following options:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Admin Email<\/strong>: This is the email address where administrative notifications will be sent. The default shortcode retrieves the admin email, but you can add other email addresses if needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Summary Email<\/strong>: Turn this option on to receive summary notifications for each booking.
